This music-packed show tells the story of Latin families and Latin music in Minnesota, both of which have been here since 1860. The focus of the play is the four talented Rangel sisters and their family, who experienced both the growth of their neighborhood and their music despite the challenges of minority residents in the area. The story is set in 1948 and 1953 in the West side flats of St. Paul.
